How Beauty Banking Works
Your Signature Beauty Banking Membership works like a beauty savings account. Each month, your $99.00 monthly contribution is credited to your Beauty Banking Balance (“Balance”).

• 10% Off Injectables (HA, Biostimulators, PRF)

• 10% Off Microneedling and Morpheus8
• 10% Off Chemical Peels and Facials
• 20% Off Retail Purchases
• Special pricing on weight loss and peptides

Additional Member Perks:
• Priority scheduling
• Advance notice of events or specials  

Membership Rules:
• All included services are rendered in-office.
• Services must be used in the month (or other period) in which they are earned or will be forfeited.
• Member may transfer an unused service to a friend during the same month.
• Upgrades may be added at the time of service for an additional fee.
• Additional units will be available at the time of service for a discounted rate.
• We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to change the terms of this membership at any time without notice.
• Reward points may not be combinable with member discounts.
• Member discounts may not be combinable with certain discounts or offers.

To ensure the best possible outcomes, members are required to receive their monthly treatment each month. Consistency is key to achieving and maintaining optimal results, and gaps in treatment can affect your progress. In the event that a monthly treatment cannot be completed, exceptions may be considered with prior management approval.

• Cancel by phone, email, or in writing
• 30-Day Notice to Cancel
• Membership Fees are Non-Refundable.
• This membership fee recurs annually unless cancelled prior to end of the term.
